Can't decipher a file--chrome says it cannot read it.

This letter was save over a year ago.  I need to the letter to present for insurance reasons--can you assist me?

The files doesn't open in chrome browser as well as firefox browser. Seems this is not a chrome specific issue

Could you please recheck on others browsers and update the thread.

The file opens in Chrome bug it is just a directly listing of file files in "C:\Users\owner\Desktop\"

Seems like you save a directory listing.
