Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to any site using theme-color 2. See theme-color 3. Rage at how ugly and annoying it is that you can't turn it off What is the expected behavior? To have the choice to keep consistency instead of this truly pointless ui change. What went wrong? Devs decided (incorrectly) that being forced to use coloured omnibox is a better experience. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version:
