Black screen when viewing address on Google Street View

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enter address in Google Maps
2. Select Street View
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Black screen when it should be showing street view

What went wrong?
????

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome latest stable M52-52.0.2743.116 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the street view images are displayed fine as expected with no issues.

Reporter@ - Are you seeing this issue on incognito mode? Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.

Hi, 
I've created a new profile, as per your instructions and I'm having the same issue. It's the same in Incognito Mode as well as on sites that use streetview. Please note that I do not experience this issue on my work laptop even when signed in to my google account and profile. Any suggestions for what I should do with my desktop at home that I'm having this issue with?
