Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. compare chrome's header menus height between versions 52 and 54 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I hope you can manage to keep it small, it's not cconvenient to have large empty spaces on small screens (15"4). The tabs labels seemed to have growned on canary (on the left in the picture). I'd just want to draw your attention on these large blank spaces Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Unable to see any difference, both M52 (52.0.2743.116) and M54 (54.0.2840.6) appears same length on Windows 10. Attached a screen shot for the same. @cyril.auburtin: Request you to please take a look into it. Please provide an update accordingly. Removing bisect label. Please add if required again. Thanks.!

@ranjitkan I can't really judge from your capture, in mine it's clear M54 has a few more pixels in height

M52 you see it's just lower than 2.1cm M53 you see it's just larger than 2.1cm so probably something like 1mm increase
