md-settings Remove search engine from list dialog stays open without feedback on what it will work

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2832.2 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have an account with a lot of search engines setup 2. Activate md-settings 3. Go to chrome://md-settings/searchEngines 4. Scroll to the bottom 5. Remove the third from the bottom 6. Notice that the popup stays open and now appears to be linked to the new third from the bottom (prev 4th) 7. Click again on the remove 8. Notice that the second from the bottom gets removed What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? No feedback or even incorrect one is given about which record the popup will be working on. In the attached video: - Remove jkl - Popup linked to ghi - On click: remove mno Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2832.2 Channel: dev OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
