Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2832.2 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Activate md-settings 2. Go to chrome://settings/passwords 3. Notice that you no longer go to the settings page What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? chrome://settings/passwords is replaced by chrome://settings/managePasswords As a result, all replies on the help forum (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome) are now terribly out of date. Please restore the old URL. Did this work before? Yes Before md-settings Chrome version: 54.0.2832.2 Channel: dev OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

After enabling material design flag, navigated to chrome://settings/passwords and it displays the page with first option as "Passwords and form" and in which we have option to manage passwords". Tried on chrome version 54.0.2840.6 dev on Ubuntu 14.04 and MAC 10.11.6 Attached a screenshot for reference. Removing Test confirmation label and leaving it as unconfirmed as material design issues have a separate triage Queue. Thanks.!

We should take users to chrome://settings/managePasswords if there's any UI that should take the user directly to the passwords sub-page.

chrome://settings/managePasswords is a new URL for MD-Settings chrome://settings/passwords is a legacy URL that goes to a new place in MD-Settings Can we use chrome://settings/passwords for navigating to the manage passwords sub page and create a separate URL for scrolling to the "Passwords and forms" section? Maybe chrome://settings/passwordsAndForms or chrome://settings/forms? I can make this change if it's something we want.
