Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a local GWT application link (my link was http://127.0.0.1:8888/TestGWT.html?gwt.codesvr=127.0.0.1:9997) in Chrome.
2. It will ask to install GWT developer plugin.
3. Click on the blue color button to install GWT developer Tool.

What is the expected behavior?
GWT Developer plugin should be available in the Webstore.

What went wrong?
GWT Developer Plugin link is showing error "An error occurred:

Item not found. This item may have been removed by its author."
