Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. With ChromeVox enabled, open the Command Lists.
2. Navigate to the Tabs menu.
3. Arrow to a different tab other than the current one and press Enter.

What is the expected behavior?
It should close the menu and jump to the user-selected tab. 

What went wrong?
It closed the menu and stayed on the same tab.

Did this work before? Yes Just last week.

Chrome version: 54.0.2817.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 8673.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

It appears fixed now. If that's the case, then this bug is for logging/reporting purposes.
