Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

This sounds like a network issue rather than a Chrome issue. Are you seeing this issue on incognito mode as well? Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under settings with no apps or extensions in your browser. If issue still persists please provide your net internal logs for further investigation.

Summary: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE (was: KeyboardEvent.keyIdentifier' is deprecated and will be removed in M53, around September 2016.)
Changing title to match the actual issue. Also please provide the net-internals log per comment #1.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Closing issue, as we can't make any progress without feedback from user (And since this is an error from the OS's network functions, it's unlikely we could do anything here in any case).
