Arc++ Google app window opens fullsize-lack of resize ability-opens gray 2nd icon

Platform: 8530.62.0 (Official Build) beta-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. pin Google app to shelf
2. click on it
3. opens second gray icon - hover over gray icon - bubble is empty

1. in laptop mode > app opens full size even behind the shelf
2. flip to tablet mode > still fullsize but above shelf

1. click on notification in message center
2. does not open app
3. expectation that it does

What is the expected behavior?
Window resize capability

What went wrong?
Can not resize

Did this work before? Yes Before last Arc update

crashes at about 4:25pm Feedback sent 4:33pm EDT

1. Google app
2. flipping between laptop and tablet
3. laptop = ok
4. tablet mode > click on app > crash 

Was trying to get a screenshot in tablet mode. See attached

Repro'd on 8530.62.0 beta-channel veyron_minnie

Enabled Arc++on the Flip again on Beta 53.0.2785.70 > installed Google app

1. Still get 3 icons in apps launcher

2. Click on the icon from the launcher > get a gray icon instead

3. App opens full screen to the bottom of screen and not to the bottom top of shelf > shelf icons are on top of app window > can not click on "get started"

4 Have to "auto hide the shelf" to click on get started and continue the setup

5. Still can not resize. IMHO a feature that's needed. I think many users would use this app opened all the time in the small portrait (mobile) size next to another window(s)

updated to Version 53.0.2785.87 beta

The gray icon is fixed but not the other issues.
