MD-Settings - "Site settings" link url doesn't exist

Chrome Version: 54.0.2837.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to any URL
2. Click the "View site information" button
3. Click the "Site settings" link (see screenshot)

What is the expected result?
Link navigates to chrome://settings/siteSettings

What happens instead of that?
Link navigates to chrome://settings/content
And then redirected to chrome://settings
