Chrome tab of screenshare window is a flat list [Mac]

Project Member Reported by shrike@chromium.org, Aug 26 2016

Issue description

On other OSes the Chrome tab of the screenshare window is a hierarchical list, with window titles at the top level and their tabs at the second level. On the Mac this list appears to just have tabs at the top level. It's very difficult to find a particular tab because this list does not appear to have any ordering of any kind.

Presumably this list is an NSTableView. Replacing it with an NSOutlineView (a subclass of NSTableView) gets you hierarchical presentation.

Change this to a feature request, as we did not implement grouping tab on any platform.

One issue is that current order is by the last active time, and we do not have name between chrome windows natively. If we force those windows to have name "Window 1" "Window 2" etc, what if when the window gets reorderd, merged, etc how should we renumber?
