That crash report doesn't appear to have been uploaded (please go to chrome://crashes/ and click "Start uploading crashes).

There also aren't enough details to do any sort of investigation. What pages triggered this? Which process crashed? There's not enough information here to even be sure that this is a Chrome OS system.
