Issue descriptionIt is likely the proper drivers are not installed. Can someone check if there is an undefined serial device? If so, we need to install the FTDI VCP driver. http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm Peter, if you are not the correct person to assign, please reassign.
