BattOr not being detected on new HighDPI Windows 10 bots.

It is likely the proper drivers are not installed. Can someone check if there is an undefined serial device? 

If so, we need to install the FTDI VCP driver.

Looks like BattOr tests are showing up on a current run. Was our theory about the driver correct?
