Auto-complete in Gmail's address fields doesn't announce the right information

Project Member Reported by nek...@chromium.org, Aug 26 2016

Issue description

1. Run a screen reader, e.g. Jaws, NVDA, Voiceover.
2. Launch Gmail and start composing an email.
3. Type an address in the To, CC or BCC fields.
4. Observe that auto-completes are not always read.

Gmail auto complete fields work fine with Jaws and NVDA in latest Canary v65. VoiceOver is still broken. Adjusting bug to reflect this.

@Laura/David, can you take a look to see if this is still reproducing on google.com and beyond?
Owner: nek...@chromium.org
My mistake, wrote the comment in the wrong bug... Laura/David, would be good for you to still try to reproduce this again though -- looking into how autocompletes are working!

Nothing to test here.

Since this works fine on Windows, we should remove the win-a11y label and make the bug Mac specific.

FYI, I can't reproduce this in macOS 10.13.6 with Chrome 69.0.3497.100 with Gmail's autocomplete fields, they work as expected.
