I cannot enable/use the geo-location feature.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Attached you see a number of screenshots that show the issue on websites such as Google Maps or Google Search. 

Moreover, I made sure that the settings are enabled to allow for the use of geo-locations. 

Can anyone confirm the problem?
