What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to any page and give 'Print' command.
2) Under 'Pages' click on second checkbox and enter some number in input box.
3) Now press 'Cmd + A'(to select text) and observe.

Unable to select text in input box using keyboard shortcut.

Should be able to select text using keyboard shortcut.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
