What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and navigate to above URL.
(2)Play any video,click on full screen icon and hit 'Esc' key.(Kindly refer the video)
(3)Observe.

Actual:Glimpse of control bar options is seen on pressing Esc key at bottom L.H.S.

Expected:No Glimpse of control bar options should be seen on pressing Esc key at bottom L.H.S.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51.

Good build:51.0.2668.0
Bad build:51.0.2669.0
