Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.70 OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.70 Safari/537.36 What steps will reproduce the problem? (none,I just make a suggestion) I hope that Chrome will provide some information about the certificate or TLS connection of a certain website. I mean, information which provided by the following screen capture.(CA, Public Key Algorithm, Certificate Signature Algorithm, Issuer, Expire Date, HSTS information, Certificate Transparency information, TLS version, etc.) Chrome now has a Security panel in DevTools, how about a new extension API?

I think this may have some similarities to the feature request in Issue 598123 What I said in comment 5 there (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=598123#c5) is probably applicable here too.
