Need option "open all in new tab"

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run browser.
2. Open some web site, which open new window (for example, "https://outlook.com").
3. Do something (for example, press button "compose" at site "https://outlook.com").

What is the expected behavior?
4. Open new tab.

What went wrong?
4. New window opened.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

Please implement features of "Tab mix plus" firefox extension.
