Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: There isn't any steps to reproduce the problem. This happened after a clean install on a new HDD. What is the expected behavior? For the websites to load at the bare minimum. What went wrong? I installed chrome off of a clean install on windows 10 however it does not load any pages. It displays "New Tab" whilst the pages remain unresponsive. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 8737.1.0/8737.2.0 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 22.0.0.209

If you can get to chrome://crashes/ then it would be useful to know the client ids.
