Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox Next
2. docs.google.com>>blank document
3. Type the following:
1. Soda
Indent one and type: Coke
Pepsi
Outdent and type: Ice Cream
Indent and type Vanilla
Chocolate

4. Navigate to the top.
5. Read the list.
Expected: As a user is typing, he/she ought to receive feedback about which number he/she is on. For example, when pressing return, a user ought to hear the new number that was enterred. this is the same for bullets or other lists. Additionally, when arrowing through the document, a user ought to hear the numbers in the list announced.
Actual: Neither one of these actually happens. Arrowing through the document provides no indication of a list, and when typing, a user is not provided which number he/she is on. Great job on announcing indent and outdent state though! :-)
