Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox Next.
2. docs.google.com>>blank document.
3. Tools>>research.
4. Type Coke in the search box.
5. Chromevox+right arrow to navigate to next object... hopefully a link.
6. Find My Coke Rewards, and attempt to activate it with Chromevox+space.
Expected: The link opens up in a browser.
Actual: The link opens only if a user navigates to it via the tab key. Pressing Chrome+space does nothing.
