What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign-in.
(2) Check logs at chrome://system

What is the expected output?

No ONC validator errors.

What do you see instead?

Errors logged such as:

[14423:14423:0825/173926:ERROR:onc_validator.cc(73)] At Certificates.9: Found value 'null
' of type 'null', but type 'dictionary' is required.
[14423:14423:0825/173926:WARNING:onc_utils.cc(462)] ONC from user policy produced warnings.

Not sure what the ONC validator is, but seems to be related to policy in some way.
