Expand/collapse states not announced in File Manager with Chromevox

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox Next
2. Navigate to file manager.
3. Shift+tab to tree of different locations and up/down arrow to Google Drive.
4. Right arrow to expand the tree.
Expected: Expanded/collapsed is announced to alert a user to changed states.
Actual: Expanded/collapsed not announced. Nice job to team for the rest of the tree being spoken though!!

IIUC, aria-expanded events are not supported properly?
