What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) try to install 'Google Cloud Printer for Windows'
(2) wait
(3) curse

What is the expected result?
to 'Google Cloud Printer for Windows' install successfully

What happens instead?
'Installation failed. Please try again' (Win10, logged in with MsAccount with admin rights. tried 'run as admin' + also just by doubleclicking installer)
'The installer encountered error 0x80070bcb." (Windows server 2012 r2, logged in as local admin)
None of these computers are members of a domain

i tried to find this update on my servers but i couldnt find it (the article is for win7). On Win10 i don think i can uninstall updates
