Google Cloud Printer for Windows cant be installed

Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 52.0.2743.116 m (Win10), Version 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit) (Windows Server 2012 R2, tested on 2 servers) URLs (if applicable) : https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver Other browsers tested: N/A Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Firefox: IE: What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) try to install 'Google Cloud Printer for Windows' (2) wait (3) curse What is the expected result? to 'Google Cloud Printer for Windows' install successfully What happens instead? 'Installation failed. Please try again' (Win10, logged in with MsAccount with admin rights. tried 'run as admin' + also just by doubleclicking installer) 'The installer encountered error 0x80070bcb." (Windows server 2012 r2, logged in as local admin) None of these computers are members of a domain Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. I found this: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/zjLizkH9E-Q i tried to find this update on my servers but i couldnt find it (the article is for win7). On Win10 i don think i can uninstall updates

I also tried a 3rd party software from the cloudprint download page (Paperless_Printer_Setup_6.0.0.1) and it installed successfully but i couldnt login to cloudprint. This doesnt have to be related but i just wanted to mention it
