bluetooth: Return appropriate error when connection is canceled.

Calling:

CreateGattConnection();
DisconnectGatt();

Results in CreateGattConnection()'s error callback being called with ERROR_FAILED. We should return a more appropriate error e.g. ERROR_CANCELED.
