What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download installer from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver
(2) Run the installation. 
(3) Fails, with no error code. 

What is the expected result?
Propper installation. 

What happens instead?
Fails to install. Lags, then fails. 

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible. 

It's not just my computer. My friend tried installing it on his and he couldn't either.
