Investigate animation blocking EarlGrey during page load

When loading a page that take a long time, EarlGrey is blocking during about 10 second.
This seems to be due to an animation.
Disabling the EarlGrey synchronization allows to continue,

It seems that this has been fixed by EarlGrey, I'm not seeing the blocking anymore. I'll verify and clean up the tests.

Not yet, after enabling synchronization, EarlGrey is not blocked by animation, but the test is still failing due to other reasons.
