Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://pandora.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to Pandora 2. Play audio 1a. Join hangout 2a. Converse What is the expected behavior? Smooth audio What went wrong? With Pandora, at unpredictable intervals there's a small static-filled (static is very low-volume) pause, then a pop/click, and the audio resumes. In a Hangout, there are audio glitches of unpredictable lengths at unpredictable intervals Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 After a lot of searching, I increased the audio buffer size. This seems to have helped some, but not eliminated the problem. And presumably because of this change Hangout audio is now out of synch with the video. I'm seeing this on my brand new XPS 13. To check, I tried it on my old Vaio laptop with the same OS version and same major browser version (but different flags). Pandora plays flawlessly, as it always has. So... this seems to be some sort of interaction with the much faster processor in my new laptop...?

Finally, I think this is related to HDMI, not Chromium, but I can't figure out how to close the issue.
