Link address appearing when dragging link in kiosk mode on Linux

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any page with links in kiosk mode (chromium --kiosk --app=https://www.google.com)
2. Drag any link

What is the expected behavior?
No address should be shown.

What went wrong?
Link address appeared. This is critical in kiosk mode.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: Debian testing
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

On windows only "stop" cursor is shown.
