Minimize/Maximize/Close button in setting page not works

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open setting page
2. Click minimize/maximize/close icon in the right-top of the window
  

What is the expected output?
Setting page should be closed


What do you see instead?
NO any response

Note:
If open other window ,eg. chrome browser window, it is ok for these icon functions

This seems not related to IME, why set components as UI>Input>Text>IME?

The language settings dialog is a modal dialog, so the background window won't respond until the modal dialog is closed.

Yu, can you please confirm whether that is the case? If yes, this is by design.

Offline confirmed #3, the buttons are not responding even when the language settings dialog is closed.

So this should be a recent regression in settings UI.
