Scaled mobile preview reports wrong window.innerWidth

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on the device toolbar.
2. Choose “Galaxy S5.”
3. Zoom to 96% (use the ‘fit to window’ option and tweak your window size.
4. Load mydevice.io.

What is the expected behavior?
I expect `window.innerWidth` to be 360.

What went wrong?
`window.innerWidth` is 361

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

When zoomed to 100%, `window.innerWidth` reports the correct value. See screenshots.

Tested the issue on Latest Stable# 52.0.2743.116 on Mac OS X 10.11.6 and could not reproduce the issue.
Attaching the screenshot for reference.
