SessionNotFoundException during running selenium test suites.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
org.openqa.selenium.remote.SessionNotFoundException: no such session
  (Driver info: chromedriver=2.23.409699 (49b0fa931cda1caad0ae15b7d1b68004acd05129),platform=Windows NT 6.1.7601 SP1 x86_64) (WARNING: The server did not provide any stacktrace information)
Command duration or timeout: 1 milliseconds
Build info: version: '2.44.0', revision: '76d78cf', time: '2014-10-23 20:03:00'

I am running selenium tests on chrome driver.During some test suite execution either chrome driver crashes or throws session not found exception. Can any one please give me solution as soon as possible?

Note: I am not using driver.close()/driver.quit() in between tests.
