Loaded tests are quickly forgotten

When you "Fetch Tests from Build" expectation is that these test will be on your moblab from that time on-wards.

This is not the case - for example if you load the tests for the CTS suite but come back to run CTS again you will have to use the "Fetch Tests from Build" feature again.

Loaded test should persist.

Fetch tests from build only targets the current UI session. You don't expect the Moblab physically fetch tests from all test images.

So we have to load the CTS tests every time we want to run them?

That is not that way it works in the lab - loading tests is persistent.  When you load from a build that is the set of tests in the UI until you next load from a build.  Why would it work this way ?
