Add monitoring for page_cycler_v2 benchmarks |

Issue descriptionAnnie discovered that we didn't have monitoring for page_cycler_v2 benchmarks. We do need to monitor them, but there are few questions: 1) Which metrics should we monitor among all of page_cycler_v2 metrics? 2) Do we want to monitor on a per story basis or just the summary values? Assign to Kouhei@ to answer the two questions above.

1) Which metrics should we monitor among all of page_cycler_v2 metrics? I think we should monitor all ttfcp/ttfmp,tti, however just the *_avg values, as other statistical values wouldn't make much sense in single nav scenarios. 2) Do we want to monitor on a per story basis or just the summary values? Per story.
