Add the ability to preview a Doc or text file via Quick View.

Supporting text file preview would be easy by using <textarea> or something. I filed a separate bug for that https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=642713.

Text preview will be added (642713), but Docs file will be too much. Even chrome doesn't support it.
