Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Open settings window 
(2)Click on minimize/maximize/close buttons.

Expected Result:
Should work minimize/maximize/close buttons.

Actual Result:
minimize/maximize/close buttons are not working.
I can able maximize and maximize with mouse double click.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
