Regression:Fullscreen icon for video doesn't appear after changing player size.

Issue description

Chrome Version:53.0.2785.80 (Official Build) ebe7454641c4b708806d727ce56dd9a9b39d39ee-refs/branch-heads/2785@{#737}-32/64 bits 
OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.11.4,10.10.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to http://dailymotion.github.io/hls.js/demo/
(2)After loading the video change player size to 'tiny (240 p)
(3)Now hover mouse on video and observe the control

Actual: Fullscreen icon for video doesn't appear after changing player size.

Expected: Fullscreen icon for video should be displayed even after changing player size.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M52' and will soon update other info.

i think that this is because the media player controls don't understand how big the time / volume sliders are.  it ignores their margin when computing which controls fit on the bar, so they take up more space than chrome expects.

looking at the inspector, the full screen button is enabled, but it's pushed off the right edge of the panel.  in other words, chrome believes that it does fit, else it would drop some of the other controls.

The test page doesn't exist anymore. We have fixed a lot of similar bugs in the past year too so I would assume it was fixed. Please, ping this bug if you can still reproduce it.
