Memory leak when running html in chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load index.html
2. Wait and see the memory usage in the task manager
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Memory used by Chrome  remains relatively stable

What went wrong?
After 1 hours the memory usages are above than 70Mb. After a week it could crashes the browser.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
