Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2837.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) OS: macOS 10.11.6 (MacBook Pro, NVIDIA GPU) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Create a document in Google Drive (2) Right-click and select "Share..." What is the expected output? Expect the dialog to render correctly. What do you see instead? The dialog renders mostly in white and is unusable. This is probably due to some experiment I'm in (GPU raster?) but that fact doesn't make it any less annoying. Marking this R-B-S. Sorry -- I think the above about:gpu was incorrect (though the problem still reproduced). Here's the correct one.
Also, per offline conversation with vmiura@, I may have gotten the reproduction steps wrong. The file probably already had link sharing turned on, and the "Share..." dialog was implicitly the "advanced" dialog.

Did a quick bisect. Looks like this was caused by some of the recent CALayer work. Manually reverting crrev.com/2265273002 fixes the issue for me. Erik, can you take a look? Thanks!

I've failed to repro the issue on two different devices. I'm pretty sure I know the cause, and think that the CL in c#8 fixes it. That being said, if I can't land it in the near future, I'll revert the CL that caused the regression.
