can not log in, pages not opening and afriad hacked spyed on

What went wrong?
am using Lenovo 10S 80QN chrome os x and says i am on stable chanel channel 52 -orco 64 bit

should i get a antivirus,hackr program . chrome:// useless for me no tools to scan problems etc...
