No, that CL only made changes to a test unrelated to this. If you increase the window a bit you'll see that the numbers are simply back to normal, and that they became worse a few versions back as part of nisse's cl:

I'm having some difficulty correlating the graphs with commits. But lots of perf test graphs got bumps from my buggy cl. They're expected to get back to normal when I reverted it in https://codereview.chromium.org/2263183002/, and be unchanged with the reland https://codereview.chromium.org/2270723002/

Ok, I suggest closing this since the values are back to normal rather than regressing.
