Text color of the chrome's develper tools dropdown menus when dark-theme is selected became less visible

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2824.2
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Dark theme on developer options
2. Open any dropdown menu on the own developer tools window
3. Depending on monitor settings, struggle to see the options

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
