Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install screencastify extension
2. click button in extension toolbar
3. observe that 'record tab' button is not visible. 
4. Try to change page-zoom setting in about://settings
5. The popup sometimes does sometimes zoom out because of the new page-zoon setting (not sure exactly what steps are needed to get it to work), but it seems to revert back shortly thereafter. 

What is the expected behavior?
The entire popup content should be visible. It'd be fantastic if there were the ability to zoom in/out on extension popups, that would resolve this problem and any similar ones that may occur. 

What went wrong?
The zoom in/out button had no effect on the extension popup. The content is not visible. A hacky fix is to go into about://settings and change the page-zoom, but this does not predictably work and reverts shortly thereafter.

Did this work before? Yes I'm not sure exactly when it didn't work, but I've used this extension before (over the last few months) and the problem wasn't there.
