Support monster.com on Chrome OS

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8530.62.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.70 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8530.62.0 (Official Build) beta-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. monster.com
2. click on job link
3. link does not open

What is the expected behavior?
open the link

Chromebook does not support the Monster Browser, you will have to use another computer to get onto the Monster website.

This is not a problem with Chrome; F Noltie's responses in the original thread you found are an accurate characterization of the problem.
