Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2837.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Chrome and press F12 to open DevTools window. (2)Go to Application -> Service Workers and drag the frame from left to right so that the scroll bar is seen. (3)Now drag the scroll bar from left to right and observe (refer attached screencast Expected: On scrolling the scroll bar, the options shouldn't get chopped. Actual: Instead, the options are getting chopped. Raising this as Non-regression issue as this option was introduced from 52.0.2730.0 dev and seen since then.
