Regression: Some searched content is missing after back navigation on MD-settings.

Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2837.0 (Official Build)a29577e8b1ed329373d426e85f679dfeb07a2979-refs/heads/master@{#413618} 32/64-bit. OS: Mac (10.10.5,10.11.5),Windows (7,8,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/ 2. Type 'search' in search field and then click on 'Manage search engines' such that page navigate to chrome://md-settings/searchEngines. 3. Click on 'Back' arrow for back navigation and observe. Actual:Some searched content like 'Privacy and security' and 'Password and forms' gets missing after step 4. Expected:Correct content should be seen. This is regression issue, broken in 'M 54' and will soon update the bisect info: Good build:54.0.2825.0 Bad build:54.0.2826.0

This is not really a regression. It is an existing bug that became more obvious after the "Advanced" toggle started being hidden in the search results. Even in the "Exp.mp4" screencast, the user has to manually expand the advanced toggle to see the results that were previously visible, that seems undesirable. I think that one the user clicks the left arrow, should be forwarded to the exact same page that was seeing before navigating into the subpage.
