Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2837.0 (Official Build) a29577e8b1ed329373d426e85f679dfeb07a2979-refs/heads/master@{#413618}-32/64 bit OS: Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.5), Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings. 2. Click on Side nav menu, then click 'About Chrome'(chrome://help page opens) 3. Again click on side nave menu, click on 'Advance' then click on 'Privacy and Security' and observe. Actual: 'Privacy and Security' section is not visible after selecting it from Side nav menu. Expected: 'Privacy and Security' section should be visible after selecting it from Side nav menu. This is a regression issue broken in M-54, below is bisect info. Good build: 54.0.2832.0 Bad build: 54.0.2833.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/aa3ce0cd1ae8063be1ec2f6f2444bedce3534aa5..f748905541816e1fede06d2ad01b96075e727bc4?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r412919 ? Tested the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 54.0.2840.6 as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. "Privacy and Security" section is visible after selecting it from Side navigation menu. Please find the attached video for the same. Adding TE-Verified labels. Thanks,
