What is the expected behavior?
That link redirects to:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/apps/libapps/+/master/nassh/doc/faq.txt

Which doesn't seem to exist, rather it should be probably the link from the Webstore page:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/apps/libapps/+show/master/nassh

What went wrong?
Probably just a stale URL in the goo.gl link, someone may wish to update that at some point.
